However, in rare cases where an issue arises, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution process.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

A valid unboxing video and clear images are shared within 24 hours of delivery.

The item is returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Note: Without an unboxing video or timely notice, refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer.

Slight variations in color, embroidery, or texture due to photography or fabric nature.

Custom, made-to-order, or altered bridal outfits.

Damage caused by improper handling or usage after delivery.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.

Shipping or handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified, as most items are prepared or packed immediately after confirmation.

In rare cases of cancellation from our end (such as stock unavailability), a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
