Return & Exchange Policy

At Madhav Fashions, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care to ensure that every bridal and ethnic outfit you receive is of the highest quality. However, since our products are often handcrafted and made to order, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

  • To qualify for a return, you must:

    • Record a complete unboxing video (from parcel opening till the product is shown clearly).

    • Share 2–3 clear images highlighting the issue.

    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • Without a proper unboxing video or timely intimation, the return request will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size, color, or design chosen by the customer.

  • Minor color or texture variations due to lighting or fabric nature.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-measure bridal outfits.

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Refund Process

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges for any reason (including size, color, or style preference).

  • Customers are advised to check size charts and product details carefully before placing orders.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video and clear images.

  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
